Challenge

While Hagedorn’s had deep roots in the community, the brand had begun to feel dated. The showroom and marketing efforts no longer reflected the quality of the products or the level of service the company provided. It was time for a full rebrand—one that could strike the right balance between nostalgia and a more elevated, modern customer experience.

Solution

The AffluentBridge™ team partnered with Hagedorn’s to execute a full-scale rebrand, beginning with a fresh logo and comprehensive style guide that brought new life to the brand while maintaining its original character. Drawing inspiration from the company’s branding in the early 1950s, the updated identity felt both familiar and exciting—grounded in tradition but built for growth.

Next came the showroom. The space was redesigned to create a memorable, emotionally resonant experience for shoppers—especially for those in the Affluent Audience™. A one-third-scale replica of the original 1961 storefront became a visual centerpiece, complete with replicated stonework and awning. Elsewhere in the showroom, carefully curated murals featured historic photos and local imagery, reinforcing the brand’s legacy and community connection.

The website also transformed. Working with an industry-specific site host, AffluentBridge directed a new site design that would better appeal to today’s digital-first shoppers. From image selection and copywriting to overall structure and tone, the updated website conveys trust, quality, and a clear value proposition for high-end buyers.

With the rebrand successfully launched, Hagedorn’s was ready for what came next.
